A reason to smile..

When you choose a hobby, make sure it can be a reason to smile as it can help you to reduce your stress and get rid your sadness. Love what you do and you will forget about everything for a while.

As for me, I love to cook. I can try new things and make something new. A new taste. A new recipe. It just like our lives, there are good and bad. In order to improve, you have to accept what others said about your food. After trying for hours in the kitchen and everything turns bad, I learnt that not everything will go as we plan it to be. Continuous practice will help a lot.

Red Velvet Cupcake

I love red velvet cake so much. It looks so sexy in its reddish colour and cream cheese toppings.
A little history of the red velvet..
The place of its origin is United States. It is traditionally prepared as a layer cake topped with cream cheese icing, and sometimes cookie dough filing. The reddish colour is achieved by adding red food colouring.
